NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 4th July 2016
Chesterfield NRAS Group
2016 group meetings will be held at Bridge Street Methodist Church, (also known as Pilsley Methodist Church) Bridge Street, Pilsley, Chesterfield, S45 8HE on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
5th July - Sheila Dowker, Occupational Therapist & Sharon Wood, Physiotherapist from Chesterfield Royal Hospital talking about the hands and the effects of arthritis in the anatomy - symptoms/functional impairments, therapy interventions and the theory behind them
Gloucester NRAS Group
This group meets in the Function Room at Oxstalls Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester, GL2 9DW (plenty of free parking on site) on the first Wednesday of every other month (March-November) from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Warwickshire NRAS Group
The Warwickshire NRAS Group will hold all future meetings at Friends Meeting House, 28 Regent Place, Rugby, CV21 2PN (free on-road parking after 6pm) from 7:00pm - 9:00pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are
organised and run by local NRAS volunteers Kate, Shona and Fran.
6th July - Social evening - bring and share supper
North East NRAS Group
The North East Group run quarterly educational meetings which are held in Function Room 137, Education Centre, Level 1, Freeman Hospital, High Heaton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE7 7DN from 5.30pm-8.00pm.
7th July - You are invited to a talk by Rebecca Brown a PhD Student from the Human Nutrition Research Centre - 'Nutrition and RA: a whistle stop tour'
Gwent NRAS Group
All future meetings of the Gwent NRAS group will be held on the second Saturday of alternate months at Caerphilly Library, The Tywn, Caerphilly, CF83 1JL at 9:30am.
9th July - Social meeting with time to share hints and tips and getting to know one another
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
