I have been taking 12.5 mg MTX since December, but took my regular dose last night and have felt just awful today with nausea, and now extremely fatigue. Has anyone else had these symptoms come on after months of taking MTX with relatively few problems?

I've been taking MTX since 2007 and have only recently been feeling nauseous on the day after. Have you tried increasing your folic acid? I must remember to try that too!
I've been on it 6 years now and it's usually fine. But every now and then I have a hellish week, for no obvious reason. Each time it happens I panic a bit, fearing something awful is about to happen - like the drugs stopping working, or me becoming intolerant. But each time it's gone back to normal.
Hi. Take a folic acid pill a day before you take your methotrexate and another one a day after.
