Please see below the details of the NRAS Group meetings taking place next week:

NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 22nd February 2016

Thanet NRAS Group

Meetings take place four times a year at The New Life Family Church, 8 Church Street, Margate, Kent,

CT9 1ST from 6:45pm-8:15pm on a Monday.

22nd February - Lakeland will be attending bringing easy to use items and some new products

Oldham NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings are held at St John's Ambulance Headquarters, Busk Road, off Ellen Street, Oldham, OL9 6QY on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

February 23rd - Mrs Jain, Ophthalmology Consultant from Pennine Acute Hospitals Trust will present

'RA and the Eyes'

Isle of Wight NRAS Group

Coffee Morning on Wednesday 24th February, 11am at the Olive Tree Restaurant, Busy Bee Garden Centre, Brading Road, Ryde, PO33 1QG

North East NRAS Group

The North East Group run quarterly educational meetings which are held in the Education Centre, Level 1,

Freeman Hospital, High Heaton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE7 7DN from 5.30pm-8.00pm.

Thursday 25th February - Celebrating the group's 10 year anniversary! Ailsa Bosworth MBE Founder and Chief Executive of NRAS will be joining us to celebrate. Everyone is invited to join us but numbers for the buffet will be required, so if you wish to attend please email [e-mail]

Wirral NRAS Group

The Wirral area NRAS group have a new venue and are now meeting at Asda Arrowe Park Superstore, Woodchurch Road, CH49 5PD on the last Thursday of every month from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

25th February - A guest speaker hasn't yet been confirmed, please check the NRAS website for the most up to date details. If a guest speaker is not booked, the meeting will go ahead as a social with refreshments. All welcome.

West Dorset NRAS Group

2016 meetings will be held bi-monthly at the Dorchester Community Church Meeting Room, Acland Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1EF on a Thursday from 7:00-8:30pm.

25th February - Guest speaker: Louise Batch from Healthwatch

West Middlesex NRAS Group

This group meets at Hillingdon Baptist Church Halls, Patterson Room, Hercies Road, Uxbridge, Middx, UB10 9LS. Meetings run from 2:00pm - 4:00pm on a Thursday.

25th February - 'Sharing RA Experiences'

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
