Staying logged in to nras site.

I always tick the box that says, keep me logged in. But it never does. Each time I have to enter email and password. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah it does seem to be acting up at the moment. If I want to see updated posts I have to go out and go back in. And if I flip to another site the task bar (?) dissapeared so I can't get back without going out again!

I have same problem on my tablet. It doesn't always let me send replies too.

Hope you find a solution.

I have the same problem. It drives me potty! Quite often I don't read the mail as I can't be bothered to keep logging in. It never used to be like this. Why has it changed? I understand from earlier correspondence on this topic, it mainly affects I Pad.

Hi Tawney,

As others have said this seems to be an issue with Apple products - the HU support team previously sent us the following as a possible solution:

"It’s very common, on Apple products, particularly Apple mobile devices, for users to accidentally be on Private mode on the Safari browser. Private mode means that no information is stored on the browser, and so regardless of whether or not the “keep me logged in” box is ticked, users will have to provide the information each time because it is not stored.

If users ensure they are not on Private browsing, they will need to log in once more onto their accounts, with the “keep me logged in” button ticked, and will no longer need to log in."

Thanks Emma. It used to work for me on iPad, it just stopped. Thanks for telling me about private mode. I was unaware, but that hasn't altered staying logged on. I may well ask for some help soon.
