Funny you should have that. I went to the doc on Monday morning with similar symptoms and within half an hour I had had an ECG, I was given forms for chest X-ray and bloods next day. I've also got tachycardia which isn't pleasant. The doctor phoned me the day after and said there was no sign of anything untoward, he did say to go back if it persists. My pulse iOS settling down but I still have aches every now and again. I wondered if it was fibromyalgia or something like that.

I would definitely go and get checked out as soon as possible if I were you, it could be serious or it might turn out to be nothing but it's better if you find out.

I had a mild heart attack some years ago - symptoms included back to chest pain like you seem to be experiencing. I did not have any pain in the jaw but that is another symptom of a heart problem. Quite possible it's something less serious, but you can't take any chances and need to get it checked out ASAP even if it means going to A&E.

From the wording in your title it would seem you've had these symptoms on more than one occasion. If that's the case a visit to your GP is definitely needed, preferably when you're having the symptoms, to find the cause or be referred for testing.

Could be any number of things, not necessarily rheumatoid related.

I would get to the doctors or hospital ASAP. Sounds like female symptoms of a heart attack.

Do not take any chances with those symptoms, get checked out immediately.

Good luck.

This needs checking out with your GP. It may indicate a heart problem

I'm pleased it's settled down, hopefully it'll be accommodating & your Surgery will be open when it happens next! Seriously, if not do go to a walk in clinic, something's amiss.
