I'm trying to figure out what is going on with my right shoulder it just aches and tingles all down my arm to my hands this has been since 2012 while working initially it seems to be over use a repetitive motion injury well I've had lots of pain meds injections an therapy an this shoulder still hurts aches burns tingles still so I finally got a steroid shot Tuesday and that pain was fierce but I followed doc orders pain meds massage and exercise it now it's ok I just hope the pain stays gone longer this time bcuz I think too many steroid shots have effects too.
