Please find details of the NRAS Group meetings taking place next week:

NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 30th November 2015

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

2nd December - Steph Cornell from Bramley and Romans Floral Group will demonstrate how to make two types of Christmas wreaths. These will be raffled along with many other Christmas goodies! This will be followed by our annual Christmas Quiz and then time to chat and socialise.

Gloucester NRAS Group

This group meets in the Function Room at Oxstalls Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester, GL2 9DW (plenty of free parking on site) on the first Wednesday of every other month from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

2nd December - 'Hand Therapy and how this can benefit those with RA’ by Maria Sleggs, Hand Therapy Team

North Durham NRAS Group

The group meets 4 times a year at All Saints Catholic Church, Kitswell Road, Lanchester, DH7 0JH on a Thursday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. There will also be a raffle and refreshments at the meetings.

3rd December - Social evening with music, quizzes and a free raffle! 'Shared Table Supper' - please bring some food and your own alcoholic/soft drinks (nibbles, hot tea and coffee will be provided)

West Suffolk NRAS Group

The West Suffolk NRAS group meet every other month on a Thursday at Southgate Community Centre, Caie Walk, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 2PJ (for sat nav please use postcode: IP33 2QA - parking available on site) from 6:45pm-8:15pm.

3rd December - A representative from Ashdown Mobility will be talking about and demonstrating daily living aids. This will be an informal meeting with festive mince pies to finish off the evening! All are welcome.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
