NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 9th November 2015

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month.

10th November - The final meeting for the year will be a social get together

Oxford NRAS Group

Meetings are held in the LectureTheatre at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Oxford OX3 7LD on Tuesdays every second month from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

10th November - 'Talking about Rheumatoid Arthritis' by Dr Anne Miller

Southend-on-Sea NRAS Group

Meetings take place bi-monthly at the Salvation Army Citadel (opposite Morrisons), 146-148 London Road, Hadleigh, Essex, SS7 2PF on a Tuesday.

November 10th 2pm–3:30pm—Adrian Wright from Nimisa will present 'The Role of Mindfulness in Pain Management'

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ.

November 11th - Nicky Smith from Age Concern will be demonstrating simple exercises

Worcester NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings take place on Wednesdays between 6.45pm to 8.30pm at the Lyppard Hub in Ankerage Green, Warndon Village, Worcester WR4 0DZ.

11th November - Pampered Chef Party, hosted by Julie Painter

Colchester NRAS Group

This group meet on the second Thursday of every other month at the St. John's Church Community Centre, St. John's Close, Colchester CO4 0HP (parking available on site) from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

12th November - Pre-Christmas social meet with a quiz and time to catch up!

Heart of England—Solihull NRAS Group

This NRAS group meets on the second Thursday of every other month at Broomfield Hall, Union Road, Solihull B91 3DH (The British Legion) from 6:45pm for prompt start at 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

12th November - Christmas social evening with mince pies, a raffle and lots of festive fayre! All Welcome.

Isle of Wight NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings are held at Laidlaw Day Hospital, St Mary's Hospital Campus, Dodnor Lane, Newport, Isle of Wight on a Thursday from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

12th November - Sam Whitewood (Senior Mental Health Nurse) will present 'Mental Health in Long Term Conditions'

Gwent NRAS Group

All future meetings of the Gwent NRAS group will be held on the second Saturday of alternate months at Caerphilly Library, The Tywn, Caerphilly, CF83 1JL at 9:30am.

14th November - Gaynor Kelleher will talk about 'The Exercise Referral Scheme'
