Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month.

13th October - Guest speaker Lynne Nichols from the Red Cross Independent Living Centre will talk about how they provide information, advice and guidance to local services available in the community.

Lincoln NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings for this group are held at The Ark, Moor Lane, North Hykeham, LN6 9AB on the second Tuesday of every other month from 7:00-9:00pm.

13th October - 'Be Kind to Yourself' - Alternative Therapies by Angie Masson

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

14th October - Guest speaker Sarah Manderson, Rheumatology Nurse Specialist will present ‘Diet – Facts & Myths’

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ.

October 14th - Sarah and Louise, Occupational Therapists from Weston General Hospital will present 'Sleep Hygiene'

North East NRAS Group

The North East Group run quarterly educational meetings which are held in the Education Centre,

Level 1, Freeman Hospital, High Heaton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE7 7DN from 5.30pm-8.00pm.

15th October - You are invited to hear Dr. Paul Wybrow and Dr. Ben Thompson present the results of their study on the 'Educational Needs of Carers of People with Rheumatoid Arthritis'.

Plymouth NRAS Group

Phil and Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). The group meet in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD from 1pm-3pm.
