Transplant Still On.

After a good consultation today my consultant has spoken with the transplant team in Edinburgh re a transplant if all the tests come back Ok they will put me on the list, But because my age 64 it's close to their limit which is 65 and I have to be strong enough mentally and physically If I pass all the tests they have two options a Double Lung, or a Single Lung operation depending on it being compatible, Even now going through another infection since last week my consultant was delighted with my progress and my Lungs are in the same condition when I left the hospital. At the same time I have had no RA treatment and my next appointment is for June 2116 and since January I have dealt with by p/killers and a lot off tears mind you my Lungs have been on my mind a lot recently.mattcass
