NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 3rd August 2015

Bolton NRAS Group

This NRAS group is coordinated by NRAS Members with the help and support of Senior Sister Beverley Travers. 2015 meetings take place on the first Tuesday of each month at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN 2.00pm-4.00pm.

4th August - NRAS Tea Party!

Chesterfield NRAS Group

2015 group meetings will be held at Bridge Street Methodist Church, (also known as Pilsley Methodist Church) Bridge Street, Pilsley, Chesterfield, S45 8HE on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

4th August - Sheila Dowker & Sharon Wood, Chesterfield Royal Hospital will present 'Fatigue & Relaxation'

Gloucester NRAS Group

This group meets in the Function Room at Oxstalls Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester, GL2 9DW (plenty of free parking on site) on the first Wednesday of every other month from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

5th August - ‘Yoga Laughter – what is it and how can this help RA?’ Pat Juby, Laughter Yoga Teacher

Ashford NRAS Group

2015 meetings are to be held in the function room at the Conningbrook Hotel, Canterbury Road, Ashford, TN24 9QR on the first Thursday of every other month from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The meetings start with a presentation by a guest speaker, then after a break there is time for a general discussion between the group on the topic of the meeting.

6th August - Pharmacist, Carol Walker will do a talk on drugs used to treat inflammatory arthritis

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
