I had kenalog injected into my knees 2 weeks ago and I've had nothing bit problems since, with one health issue after another. Now my knees hurt more than they did before the steroids. 😢 I'm fed up being I pain.

The last time I had a knee injection the nurse told me to rest it. But I had bad pain like you. It might be better to keep moving but gently. The more gentle movement the better it would seem
Thanx Cathie.😊 I've got to keep moving or I'll stiffen up. Sometimes easier said than done tho. 😏
