You are invited to the West Suffolk Rheumatoid Arthritis Information evening on:

Wednesday 10th June 2015 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Taking place at:

The Education Centre, West Suffolk Hospital, Hardwick Lane, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 2QZ

The Education Centre is located at the rear of the hospital

Car parks near to the Education Centre are either D in front or E behind

The West Suffolk Rheumatoid Arthritis NRAS Group will be launched at a meeting on the 10th June with the support of the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society and West Suffolk Hospital’s rheumatology team. The meeting is open to anyone living with Rheumatoid or Inflammatory Arthritis as well as their family members, carers and health professionals. This is a free event and everyone is welcome to attend, you do not need to attend West Suffolk Hospital for your treatment or be a member of NRAS.

NRAS is encouraging people with Rheumatoid or Inflammatory Arthritis living in the area to attend this meeting and find out more about their disease, local rheumatology services and the invaluable resources on offer from NRAS. There will be short presentations from the rheumatology team and an interactive question and answer session offering attendees the opportunity to ask questions of the expert healthcare professional panel.

Following this event we are hoping there will be regular NRAS group meetings. This local group will offer mutual support, information and the opportunity to contribute to the development of long term patient care within your local NHS and have regular interaction with your health care professionals.

We do hope you will be able to join us at this launch meeting and/or attend future meetings.

We look forward to welcoming you for registration and refreshments from 6.15pm on Wednesday 10th June in the Education Centre at West Suffolk Hospital.

Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can ensure adequate seating and refreshments – call 01628 823 524 or email groups@nras.org.uk by 5th June 2015.

Thank you
