NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 20th April 2015

Hertfordshire NRAS Group

Quarterly meetings are held at Welwyn Civic Centre, Prospect Place, Welwyn AL6 9ER on a Tuesday from

7:00pm-8:30pm.

21st April - 'Hand exercises' by Lucy Wimmer, Senior Rheumatology Occupational Therapist, St Albans City Hospital

Oldham NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings are held at St John's Ambulance Headquarters, Busk Road, off Ellen Street, Oldham, OL9 6QY on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

21st April - Guest speaker: Podiatrists Nick Brierley and Ian Marshall from Pennine MSK Oldham will be presenting 'RA and the Feet'

Plymouth NRAS Group

Phil and Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). The group meet in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD from 1pm-3pm.

23rd April - Bring an item(s) or photo of items that help you in daily life with RA, such as in kitchen, bathroom, garden

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
