Sorry for not being on it's just this Lung infection it has taken so much out off me and the constant coughing is murder and my ribcage is going to collapse this is the fourth week but I hear some people have it for even longer I will be back soon.matt

Sorry to hear you have been poorly for so many weeks. I will refrain from telling you any jokes that may cause you to laugh! Hope you are being brilliant at taking things easy. Us RA sufferers can at least perfect doing something/nothing well. Hope you are totally back to normal very soon.

Matt, try taking Vitamin C - L Ascorbic Acid Crystals in fruit juice. Holland and Barratt have them, think about £5 or so, will last a while. Quarter teaspoon is 1 gram. Take 2 grams a day at first and more later if able. Read up on the benefits of Vit C in all areas of health it will fight any infection. You can not overdose on Vit C. People have been given it by IV in 25 gram doses to kill Cancers. Read about Linus Pauling who was given 2 Nobel prizes for his research. I swear by it and have 3 grams a day and will for life now it is such a protector of flu and other infections. Hope you improve.

I can sympathize. I never fully recovered after the infection passed.

I tire more easily and am missing my regular deep breathing. Now I

breathe so shallow that Keep blowing on that little machine to improve

your breathing as soon as the doctor prescribes it. I did mine 20 times

a day and it was truly overkill but recovered faster than the average guy did.

Youve got a lotta work ahead of you. Sorry that you are feeling so poorly.
