On forums like these, it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.

I am grateful for my mum who helps me, so I can be as independent as possible. Thank you, my hero, my mum.

I am grateful for my friends who accept me as I am. Thank you, dear friends.

I am grateful that I can access good quality healthcare that's free at the point of access. Thank you, the great NHS.

  • Same here. I try to rehearse my gratitude list on a daily basis , for the simple reason that it makes me feel better .
