Still feeling tired..............

Good afternoon from me. I went and got my blood tests done on Friday and then went to the butchers with hubby. After that we intended to walk round town with me in my scooter,but hubby decided quite rightly that i was too tired and brought me home and after lunch i went back to bed while he went and done the shopping. Anyway yesterday i got up feeling tired and not sure how i felt to be honest. Hubby forgot some of the shopping so he said if we go to Tesco will i come so i said yes. I walked yes walked round Tesco holding onto the trolley and had a leisurely walk while he popped into town for the other bits that we needed. By the time that i got back to the car i was shattered and hubby got me home and gave me some lunch and i spent the afternoon in bed again until some friends came round to see us then i got up and had my dinner and after a bath i went back to bed. The little bits we needed cost me nearly £50,god alone knows what i brought as there wasn't a lot there.

Today i feel brighter and feel that i want to do things,took my camera outside to take a few photos and had to come back in as i got very tired. As soon as i get on my feet i get very tired so here i am resting and wishing you all a painfree afternoon. Hugs for all....xxxxx

A pattern seems to be forming Sylvi don't you think? Have you had a blood test recently, thinking you could be anemic or difficient in a Vitamin? It might be worth asking your GP if she thinks it's worth doing, unless you think it's your RD playing games with you?

I had a blood test done friday in fact i had two one for the dr and one for rheumy so next week i will ring rheumy and see what they say.xxxxx

Do you think they were both to see why you're having this fatigue? I hope they get to the bottom of it & it's a simple case of lacking something, easily sorted I mean. x

Meant to ask before, are your cyclamen in the garden? Ours were killed off by the frost before I had chance to repot them & bring them indoors. We are by the sea so that probably had some bearing.

Yes they are that one is out front in a basket but it has the garage wall to protect it.xxxx

Ah, I put ours in the ground. Yours will have been protected too. Should have known really but I have lots of pots & I wanted something colourful to replace annuals in a couple of beds. We have pots everywhere else as the ground is so well draining because of the sand limits what I can plant in them... pots are so much easier for me to tend though. I'll remember next year though!

Must be too open, they're facing the sea with little protection, stupid really to plant delicates there! I'll try in pots next year, hopefully we'll have moved by then & have better soil too! x

Oh sweetie, your fibromyalgia and RA and other illnesses make you tired out don't they, but if you are anaemic the bloods will point it out, hope you rest up now x

Hi Sylvi, so sorry you feeling very fatigued. Do you think it's related to that nasty virus you had recently ? Our daughter had a very bad chest/throat virus back in October, and she is only just now starting to get some energy back following it, it just seemed to sap the life out of her !! She suffers from raynauds and her rheumatologist seems to think this could be the case. She is getting married on 31st January and I have been so worried about her. We got her on a very healthy eating regime, lots of raw veg's, salads, nuts, seeds, lots of blueberries and fresh fruit and thank goodness she is feeling much more like her old self again, though still a bit run down. She had to have three weeks off work because of her extreme exhaustion. She has lost quite a lot of weight and had to have her wedding dress altered !! I know that if I have a virus myself it always knocks me sideways with fatigue etc., and I know this is common with us RA sufferers.
