Hiya Trish. I had my PIP assessment with Atos last Thursday. All I took with me was the copy I'd made of my application form (in case I needed to refer to it), a copy of my latest rescript (only my because new meds have been added since I sent my application form in August), a copy of a supporting letter from my GP (updated as my as my condition & some of my meds have changed.... this & the copy of my rescript I gave to the assessor to send to the DWP with her report), my passport & a bank card as identification & my husband!

I posted how it went & you'll find it here healthunlocked.com/nras/pos....

Do remember to ask for a claim form for travelling expenses. They offered me mine when I signed in at reception but don't know if that's the case with everyone so best to ask if they don't with you. If there's anything you'd like to know that I didn't cover in the post just ask, I'm only too happy to share, or alternatively if you use the search box I'm sure you'll find lots more info there.

I hope all goes well for you & get what you need. You have a good Christmas too. :)
