NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 6th October 2014

Birmingham North NRAS Group

Meetings for this group take place on Tuesdays on alternate months in Room 3 of the Sutton Coldfield Methodist Church, 16 South Parade, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B72 1QY from 1:00pm-3:00pm. For satellite navigation use postcode B72 1RB due to barriers from traffic in the road.

7th October - Bring your favourite gadget that helps you in your day to day life to share with the group!

Bolton NRAS Group

This NRAS group is coordinated by NRAS Members with the help and support of Senior Sister Beverley Travers. 2014 meetings take place on the first Tuesday of each month at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN from 2.00pm-4.00pm.

7th October - Annual General Meeting

Gloucester NRAS Group

This group meets in the Function Room at Oxstalls Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester, GL2 9DW (plenty of free parking on site) bi-monthly on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

8th October - Guest speaker: Clare McEachern, Rheumatology Specialist Nurse, topic: ‘Current anti-TNF treatments available’. Also, local tai chi instructor Simon will be coming to the meeting to discuss setting up a tai chi group!

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets bi-monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ.

8th October – Judy Caesley, Dental Hygienist talking about foods and teeth
