The valleys between the knuckles on the back of my left hand are swollen, bluish and reddish. There is no pain. I am 46 and eat simvastatin.
Hi VSood,
I think that you should contact your rheumatology team or doctor to check this out.

Sure, but the reason why I asked this question is to find out which specialist/doctor to go to? is this a rheumatology symptom?
Hi VSood,
We are not medically trained on the helpline and would need more information on your medication and conditions to be able to offer suggestions. I do not know which country you are in and so it may be different where you are. In the UK it would be your rheumatology consultant or your GP that you would contact. Unfortunately, this forum can not be used to give medical advice and so I think that you may need to seek advice from one of your doctors.

Thank you Beverley!
