O dear, can I join the club? It's worse first thing but painful all day. A physio showed paddy how to get me to walk unsupported except by him round the flat to get up straight. Also meditated to help pain. Not much is it!

Poor you. Can u see a doctor, I got physio therapy painkillers, shoe splints and acupuncture that help xx

Can't get into docs put my tubigrip on and resting it now on footstool I'm at Physio mon it's my left 1 that's paining me aswell

Do sympathise. I'm due for a knee replacement (left) on 18th March. Can't wait! Not looking forward to op, but am hoping I'll be able to walk much better afterwards! And of course, less pain!
