NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 17th February 2014
Plymouth NRAS Group
Phil & Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group
support). Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month from 2:00pm-4:00pm in the meeting room at St Budeaux Library, The Square, Victoria Road, St Budeaux, Plymouth PL5 1RQ.
18th February - Planning for RA Awareness Week and the future of the group (venue etc.)
West Dorset NRAS Group
The West Dorset NRAS Group meet informally for coffee at the Engine Room, Poundbury Gardens, Peverell Avenue, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 3RT from 10:30am onwards, everyone is welcome. The next coffee morning is on Tuesday 18th February.
Oldham NRAS Group
Bi-monthly meetings are held at St John's Ambulance Headquarters, Busk Road, off Ellen Street, Oldham OL9 6QY on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

Cambridge NRAS Group
2014 meetings are to be held at Arbury Community Centre, (corner of) Campkin Road/Arbury Road, Cambridge
CB4 2LD. Please see below times and dates for these meetings.
18th February - 3.00 to 5.00pm - Sharing. Bring an RA issue that is concerning you at the moment to discuss with
others and see how others with RA are managing.
Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group
Rheumatology Nurse Janie Langridge and NRAS Volunteer Members co-ordinate this group and hold their bi-monthly meetings at Langton Green Village Hall, Speldhurst Road, TN3 0JJ on a Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
Donations of £1 appreciated.
20th February - Jane Turner, Tai Chi Instructor will be giving an introduction to this discipline for people with RA
West Middlesex NRAS Group
Hillingdon Baptist Church Halls, Patterson Room, Hercies Road, Uxbridge, Middx, UB10 9LS . Meetings run from 2:00pm - 4:00pm every other month on a Thursday.
20th February - Lianna from Transport for all will be giving a talk on 'Information on accessible transport and your rights on public transport in London'
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
