X-ray and Methotrexate

Like all people going on Methotrexate you have to have a. X-Ray, So why then when after a number of years on methotrexate and them finding Nodes on my lungs am I still on it. I have just had the second scan in four months Has anyone got an explanation please.

It depends what the "nodes" are. They may be completely unrelated, and not something that is at all dangerous and doesn't need treatment. Ask your GP for an explanation of whether they are significant, and whether anything else needs to be done

It would seem that your GP is keeping His eye on them, with me it is kidneys.

You will need to discuss these not only with your GP but also your RA Nurse. Because you have been on MXT for a long period of time a new look at your medications might be on the cards

It seems important to discuss what is going on even if t is just to put your mind at rest, please explain comes to mind
