Lincoln NRAS Support Group meeting on Tuesday 8th October.

Hi I'm called Judy, I'm the coordinator of the Lincoln NRAS Support Group. We have a meeting on Tuesday 8th October 7pm_9pm. We have the Rheumy physio coming to give a chat and show us some gentle exercises we can do, without hurting to much.
