Phil & Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). Meetings are held in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD on a Tuesday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

Leicester NRAS Group
This NRAS group will meet at the Braunstone Civic Centre, Kingsway, Braunstone Town, Leicester LE3 2PP. They will hold bi-monthly meetings (in the Ravenhurst Room) on a Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Meetings are held at St John's Ambulance Headquarters, Busk Road, off Ellen Street, Oldham OL9 6QY on a Tuesday in every second month from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

Yeovil NRAS Group
Tina and Elaine co-ordinate this group and meet at the Holy Trinity Church and Community Centre in Lysander Road, Yeovil, BA20 2BU on the third Wednesday of every other month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

This group launched in early 2012 with the support of Chapel Allerton Hospital rheumatology unit. Meetings are held alternate months on Wednesdays at Leeds Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit (LMBRU), Chapel Allerton Hospital, Chapeltown Road, Leeds LS7 4SA.
