Good morning all, as myself and my colleague Gill are out and about next week this is coming you to early! Please see NRAS group meetings below for next week:

Plymouth NRAS Group

Meetings are held in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD on a Tuesday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

20th August (1-3pm) - Guest speakers from Health Watch Plymouth

Cambridge NRAS Group

2013 meetings will be held at Arbury Community Centre, (corner of) Campkin Road/Arbury Road, Cambridge CB4 2LD on a Wednesday.

21st August 3:30-5:30pm - Dr. Shenker, Consultant Rheumatologist at Addenbrooke's Hospital will be talking on 'Pain Management with RA'
