Winter inOz and no heating

Well it is 2 weeks tomorrow and no heating it is winter here in Oz. We are in for possible snow this weekend and so i think I will either be driving around a lot with the heater full blast, shopping for as long as I can stand up or staying in bed! brrr...hope you are all enjoying the sunshine on your side of the world!

Have to say sun is lovely. don't fancy the no heating with snow on the way xx

I just can't envisage snow-covered Oz - I don't think I've ever seen a single pic of snow there. How long is it likely to last & when will you have heating back? Look after yourself - sounds like quite an ordeal. Luce x

Sounds freezing not having any heating! I know it sounds strange but have you tried wearing two pairs of gloves when you're outside? I do that in the winter here and it really makes a difference. I even wear gloves indoors! You can also get hand warmers to take out and about with you. You press them and they release heat. Shopping for as long as you can sounds a good idea - at least that way you're in a warm environment. Take care.

Oh yes send me some warmth please. They finally rang to say Monday some time so I will have to race home from my Liver clinic appt Monday, hope they don't keep me too long there, and wait for the man ti turn up to fix it. Keep all your bits crossed that it works!!!

Please excuse my ignorance, but where in the world is Oz?? So difficult to imagine snow anywhere with this terrible heat wave we are having that is lasting so long!!
