So upsetting this has me in floods off tears, brought back memories off doing this for my best friend 18 months ago, who we so cruelly lost in July.

And memories off doing this for my own mother 5 years ago who is fighting fit now

I have this theory ... when you laugh, tears in your eyes, it's exhilarating, good for the soul

I feel the similar about a good cry, it's almost the same but I also feel in some way cleansed, idky ... seems to clear a few cobwebs.
