So upsetting this has me in floods off tears, brought back memories off doing this for my best friend 18 months ago, who we so cruelly lost in July.:'(

And memories off doing this for my own mother 5 years ago who is fighting fit now :)

what a wonderful video - it just shows there is always someone worse than you, but you can work through anything with family by your side

I have this theory ... when you laugh, tears in your eyes, it's exhilarating, good for the soul

I feel the similar about a good cry, it's almost the same but I also feel in some way cleansed, idky ... seems to clear a few cobwebs.
