Funnily enough I wonder about this sometimes! For a start I think natural as possible is best rather than salted, dry-roasted etc. I've heard that Macademia nuts have something particularly good in 'em but I can rarely find them!

Good luck with your quest. (Are there any particular trace elements or vitamins you are after? Narrowing the field might help).
