Hello Zimmie

I was on Humira for a couple of years and it certainly helped me.

As for information, I can only think of a couple of things:

I assume you are using the "autoinjector" pen, rather than a syringe (that's what most people use I think)? If so, I always found the injection much more comfortable if I took it out of the fridge an hour or so beforehand. When the liquid is warmer, it injects more easily.

Hopefully you have been provided by your rheumatology team with a "Biologic Therapy Alert Card" which you can carry with you and show to any health professional (docs, dentists) treating you. If not, you can order one from Arthritis Research Uk. Here is the link. arthritisresearchuk.org/sho...
