Day 6

Day 6 of not smoking and I feel awful.

My head is so spinny. Not sure if it's because of the nicotine patch I'm wearing or if it's a normal sympton of quitting smoking.

6 days, that's amazing! Well done! I've had headaches when I used patches in the past, it's a common side effect. It will pass though.

I can't answer the patches question as I have quit cold turkey but i just wanted to say well done for getting to day 6!! One whole week tomorrow 😃

Hey Storm2021 , hopefully you have made it today to your first big milestone of 1 week?

I stopped cold turkey but from other members on here, some said they experienced the headaches if they wore the patch to bed which is not needed on while sleeping but maybe check with your pharmacy or health professional just for ease of mind...

Hey Roisin01. I can't believe I've not smoked for a whole week. Super proud of myself.

I don't wear a patch to bed and my head is much less fuzzy today.

How long have you been smoke free?

Congratulations Storm2021 on 1 week smoke free (badge assigned ) I stopped smoking 7 years ago and one of the best decision of my life. Keep up the great work!

Day 5 for me today - and its hard but I see the benefits - reading threads like this definitely adds the motivation and drive to keep going
