Difficult Time

I stopped for 7 months and had a few cigarettes. I started again after 3 weeks because of stress. I’m not giving up. I’m starting again tomorrow. I’ve done all the things I’m suppose to do in order to quit but it’s my mind that is the problem. Any suggestions on how to change my thoughts when something stressful comes up? I am so upset with myself. I feel awful about myself when I have a cigarette.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again

Try reading or listening to Alan Carr’s book easy way to quit smoking, changes your whole mindset x

Try and remember how you felt after having a cig, when you've cracked and smoked did you feel better, I'm guessing not so you already know the cigs change nothing.Next time your desperate for a smoke try to keep that in mind.Have you tried patches or any quit aids they do help with the cravings.
