Today marks 3 months smoke free! Holy moly! I feel great and can honestly say I'm a nonsmoker now. Cravings are few and far between. Once in a while I want to smoke but then I look back how far I've come, I just smile inside and think about something else. It works. I hope everyone else here keeps it going. It's so worth it!! Stay strong my friends!
