Nearly 3 Years

It will be 3 years in August that I have up smoking. In that time a lot had happened to me. The reason I have up was twofold, my husband had arterial disease he had to give up so that he could have and operation and I certainly wanted to give up myself and this pushed me to do it. Since giving up unfortunately I lost my husband and best friend and my resolve was pushed to its limit but I stayed true to myself and him. To all those out there that want to give up you can do it.
