9 days and no ciggs. I'm so proud. I am using the patch. I have noticed I have better sense of smell again and feel so much better.

Ah the new found taste and smell, it is truly a joy, heading towards 3 years smoke free and remember my taste buds exploding when I stopped

Fantastic & congratulations! You will notice more good things happening too. One small & strange thing I noticed was I can sing in the car and hit notes that I thought were gone forever. lol.

I noticed the same thing bjay22 when I stopped, thought it was me being a bit big headed, glad to know someone else experienced this too!!
