First off I just want to say thank you to everyone in this Community and to all that have supported me through the beginning of my quitting smoking Journey. I remember the first week I started Champix and how hard it was and how terrible I felt just days after taking it and also with side effects continuing through the last two and a half months. I promised myself my husband my children and everyone I love dearest to me that I would give Champix a try no matter what I had to go through I was going to complete the whole entire 3 months and I did it!!!!!!!

Yesssssssssssssss Finally I'm officially off Champix I couldn't be happier but I do have to say without this Aid I don't think I would have been able to do this on my own. That I am so thankful for I did suffer some of the side effects which were nausea for the first week, headaches on a daily basis that lasted for about 2 months, tiredness that lasted for 3 months and of course I experienced some crazy dreams for 3 months straight lol

I did only take one pill all last week half in the morning and half at night so as of today I am Champix Free

I did notice that all of last week I stopped having naps and I did have a lot more energy than usual we will see how this week goes and I'm really happy and excited about this new Journey I've taken on of being a non-smoker it feels great. But the fight is not over yet at this point I still have urges to smoke it seems to be when I'm excited or upset or even just driving in my car but otherwise I feel pretty good I don't feel the need or want so I'm still working on these things and like I said I am still using my 0 nicotine vapor I'm not quite sure how long I will use it for but for now it is keeping me away from smoking cigarettes that I will never do ever again because I have been in stressful situations or in happy situations and I still have not went and bought a pack of cigarettes so I'm pretty damn happy about that I'm doing it I'm doing the work and it's paying off in so many ways!!!!

I am blessed

I am thankful

This is wonderful news! I was so relieved to be off it, thankful for it too so I completely understand how you feel.

Stay close here and keep us posted. I think you'll be fine , but staying here keeps me grounded in my quit so is very necessary for me.

Very proud of you. Am sure your family is thrilled and i hope will celebrate this achievement with you.

Nicodemon may still taunt but you've learned some skills along the way to fight him with. Enjoy! & especially Never Take Another Puff :)

Last week I had a really hard week I felt like I was going to break a couple times but then I remembered how hard it was to get to where I'm at right now and I sure did not want to go through that all over again so today I am still smoke free. Thank your so much for thinking about me and checking in I was actually going to update my post at my two month mark I am not quite there yet but I will be soon..:)
