May God bless you too Tmac. I believe you are so right. Am pretty tough but that little stick controlled my life 35 years and broke me down to tears many times when i couldnt quit. Made me feel helpless. Now almost 3months quit I truly know how addictive it is & how hard to quit. NEVER want to go back to those first days of quit. Its what keeps me quit on hard moments. Good on you for 1month!

I so agree, if we can do this, there's no telling what else we can do. Might be fun to find out! Has taken me longer than most to find the upswing but am gettng there now..Strength feels great! Goe is good to have saved us to get to experience this!!!
