Hi everyone, it's been awhile since I posted 7 months today I quit smoking. It's been a bumpy road but I know I got it licked hardest thing I ever did in my life. Still get the mood once in awhile especially after dinner, I have noticed that I'm a little short-tempered now but I can live with it, good luck everybody if I could do it you can't do it.

Keep up the fight! The urges will continue to subside a little at a time. We all go through the “short temp”, it too will subside. Since I work with a bunch of knuckleheads I really find the old 10 second rule actually does work - who’d thought!
