Well had my first major stress call and the end of last week into the w/end with a burst water pipe at home which caused lots of probs ...
kept getting thoughts of wanting a smoke ...had to focus away rom it ... and still this morning getting that , thought .... not craving ..just that bloody habit thought ...
i can only think and tell myself..... “ you’ve smoked for 30 yrs , don't expect it to be easy after 50 I’d days “ !
I have no intention of going back as what scared me ...
I see someone else mentioning , people in hospital fighting to get a breath ... yep all of that thengetting Ill yourself is the wake up that done it for me ..plus of course medical professionals telling you that you need to stop ... weather that’s them telling you personally or it’s there duty , being a medical professional and it’s bad for you .....
so, yes, no intentions but the bloody habit is stil rearing it’s head from time to time ..
Keeping active and doing things ...starting to diet now as noted fed the Lbs were starting to build up ... cut bread out now which I think was harder than giving up smoking lol , almost 2 weeks bread free ..that’s hard !!!
