Getting easier

Hi all hope everyone is doing ok am just over 4 months now without a ciggie and my asthma is not as bad now 👌

I was borderline cops when I stoped.now its well clearing up 😁

Hi thinlizzy54 thank you was only diagnosed with asthma in November was life threatening was in icu put asleep for a week also had pneumonia so I haven't touched a ciggie since x
