Still here and feeling good

Hi guys,

Just a quick one to let you all know I am still going strong and loving life! Think at last this is the final time I will have to go through this quitting lark! I gave up on 1st Aug and put on 2 stone but have just done 8 weeks on the Cambridge diet and lost all that weight. Haven't missed smoking much at all really and I was a heavy smoker of 35-40 roll ups a day for 40 years! Hope you all have a fab Christmas and New Year! X x x
