I had a resurgence of my cough at about the two to three month mark Joe, which is supposed to due to the lungs cleaning out the last of the gunk. You're well in advance of this though so maybe it's just one of those colds that is a swine to get rid of?

One thing's for sure; it would be feeling a lot worse if you were still smoking. Hope it clears up for you soon.

Yeah, loved it Joe. Been plenty of times but first time the kids had been so we saw all the sights. Hectic is the word though. We went to Covent Garden on one of the nights and it was absolutely MENTAL! Couldn't get in anywhere, just soooo many people. I think that was the night I posted.

Not surprised you get stressed when you're working there. Great city though.

Hey Joe, good to hear from you!

With regards the cough, it has been ongoing with me throughout my 10 months quit. Even though we are quit we still can pick up infections. For the past month, I have a nagging cough which sounds like a smokers cough that I must have picked up with the good, warm weather and having windows open at night as hubby has it too. I know it is annoying to have it but always think of a cough as a good sign that it is getting stuff out of your system. Maybe if not already done so, a trip to your chemist or doctor just to see if they can give you anything to help lift it.,

I think that about the coughing and smoking.... think the weather here is to get a bit fresher - been so humid for the month..... definitely the window open could be causing and dry air too...
