You see I walked in, with that he got out my usual smokes, all I wanted was washing up liquid, when indeed I matter of factly said, no I,m not smoking today, his jaw dropped, and asked ( are you sure). Absolutely.

So am just keeping going

What a huge achievement for you, very, very well done, I know that was a huge hurdle for you to overcome, not sure if you remember me posting before about the same thing happening me with the cigs out on the counter and saying I no longer smoked, it was a great feeling1
