Very tired and aching body.

Hi everyone well I haven't really thought about cigarettes, but I'm really tired and aching for a few days now, I went threw this at week ,1 and 3 now this week is this normal, quitters flu or something like that?.maybe a doctors visit won't hurt?just asking if anyone has felt like this Today Will be 57 days..p.s I am a very active person. ...I'm so sorry you're not feeling well.

I thought the "quitters flu" comes in earlier than this stage...maybe just a flu coming up...the weather is rubbish and I suppose, smoker or non-smoker, it would be normal to get a flu/cold.

Hey Cee, well done on Day 57, I am just a day ahead of you and for the last 2 weeks I also have been very tired too and just not feeling 100% - our quits tend to get the blame for everything and it may be the reason but think it could be to do with the time of year, weather and alot of viruses / bugs going around (in Ireland anyway). I also read that only start to feel normal again between week 8 - 12 so not much further to go. Stay strong, you are doing great...

Yes...before blaming the quit...we should start with:

- depressing weather

- More depressing weather

- Depressing weather still going...

Sometimes I think I've really been irishanized with all the complaining abt the weather, but really... It is depressing!

Can't wait for the summer lol

Yeah mmaya, Irish weather is so unpredictable alright - think we got summer up to yesterday for the last 2 months! It is unbelievable the drop in temperature today, but suppose to be back up to 16 degrees next week!

Have you any birthday celebration plans for the weekend?

It's really cold! For me it is ahahah...

This morning when I was coming back from dropping the kids to school, it started raining.... Hailstones! Just like that! It's actually scary!

I was supposed to go out tonight but just cancelled, my feet are freezing.

Not having any party, I don't like partys.

My plan was to go away somewhere in a cruise or something but I had to cancel because of the treatment that I'm doing. They don't want me away from the hospital for more than 1 or 2 days.

Then we decided to go up to the north as we have family there, but I won't be driving up with this weather...

I'd say we'll probably just go out somewhere nice for dinner on Sunday and that's it. Very sad for a 40th birthday

Hey cee, I slept almost 12 hours last night and woke up today full of energy, but now I am just wrecked, think it definitely is the weather, its so depressing here, lashing rain the whole day and doesn't look like letting up for the rest of the weekend, definitely a day / evening in front of the fire, comfort eating and watching sh**te tv.....
