Chickweed, are you still quit since March? I remember you came in around the same time I relapsed, which means you're well passed the 6 months mark, right? Wow!that's really good! Had I stayed strong last time I would be celebrating 9 months now ;(

Thank you for remembering, mmaya - I am indeed well past the six month point now. Hope no-one thinks I've had an easy ride (does anyone) but somehow I've managed it and have no intention of giving up giving up. So, I'll bring the wine (perhaps even sparkling), others are bringing cake ... and we will, indeed, party.

Another day gone and K forgot to come to her own party, obviously has a much more interesting life than me Lol I'm still good, had an argument with consultant today as she prescribed another huge amount of antibiotics, anti this, anti that, I'm just fed up! There goes another 160 eur for the consultant and 86 eur in medication

I'm on my last bit of patience, really. Didn't smoke and I'm hoping to be able to keep it going for a very long time! Thank you all for your kind words, you are a very nice bunch

Oops! Sorry K.... That explains why I never hear you moaning...it is certainly a female thingy lol congratulations man! I am super proud of you. Now all you need to do is stay cool and let the time fly by...watch out for the next 4 weeks, it is undoubtedly when depression hits us, I always relapse around week 7, stay cool, don't entertain junky thoughts, actually don't allow anything to come into your head....well done!

In fact there was a little too much wine ....
