I am proud to say I did not have one single craving yesterday, whether is the Champix, me, or both doing it, the point is I'm still smokes free and very happy to be so. Happy Monday!

Keep your guard up (like I'm having to do at the moment) and don't look back.

Oh Linda, this week is going to be one big challenge for me, I'm on my way to the airport, between my partners cigarette breaks, the kids fighting in the back of the car and later having to spend a all week with no routine it's going to be tough. I'm giving it everything I can and that's all I can do! I read Ur post, you seem a bit down. You know what to expect of week 5,6,7, that's when the sadness kicks in, pls be one step ahead and don't entertain it, 2 more weeks and then you're done stay strong xxx

Stay calm Mmaya and I'll try and do the same. We'll be fine and I won't certainly won't let this beat me - No way will I be so stupid again!

Oh I know that Mmaya and expected a few blips - I've no intention of smoking and I'll shake this feeling off.

21 days is flipping fantastic Maya! Well done you! All u have to do is go very very careful on Holiday, as you know, in Europe u can smoke anywhere and everywhere so temptation will be rife..... I know you will stick it though your determination shows through xxxx

Very tough day today, there were so many...so many triggers that I'm not even going to talk abt it! Nearly caved a few times but somehow managed to have a few deap breathes and walk away. This week is going to be a constant challenge! I didn't smoke and I'm not intending to either, pls help me God to go through the week.
