Hi WEEK 4 DAY 22 ... ANY GOOD ADVICE FOR TODAY or FOR WEEK 4

Today is better than yesterday.....

I could swim from much more longer yesterday without any issue....

I feel better today ...... a bit tired though....... I felt this since day one...

I used to drink 6 or 7 coffee a day.... No sometimes I forget to drink one.......

WOW me only one coffee or forget to drink in the morning .,....

Still some cravings here and there but less strong

Anyone in day 22?

I'm in day 22 groushas - so far so good I think.

I know what you mean about the tiredness though and I think it's because subconsciously we're still having to try so hard to forget about smoking.

We know we can deal with the cravings so it would be stupid to give in to them now we're 3 weeks in to our quit. We're proud of the fact that we aren't smoking anymore but it still doesn't come naturally. It will take time so we just have to hang on tightly until it does and remind ourselves that deciding to quit smoking was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
