Starting week 6

I'm feeling very Tall today Very proud of myself. Went to the shop to buy fags for my neighbor, massive step for me.

I am not smoking today, tomorrow and not the day after either.

Many thanks to all that helped me in this forum. I wouldn't have been able to get this far without Capitan , Caroline, Karri and all the others

Hey mmaya, just read your reply on mine so thought I'd say Hi. Your doing amazingly well you, me, we CAN do it. I know your worried about week 7 but don't be, you've done 6 weeks FORGET what's happened in the past, concentrate on now, even if you have to relive week 6 to get through week 7 you will do it. I know you will, I can feel your determination. I need someone to hold my hand with me, we can do this together. I'll be here to hold your hand to walk you through each of those 7 days and 7 evenings and 7 nights and we will walk into the penthouse together. What do you reckon? The 2 MM's fighting together.
