still quit after all these weeks. had many craving moments which have obviously passed by. the mornings are fag free and i dont miss em. i enjoy the freedom and space to savour a cup of coffee as i place a new patch on my arm, the dosage is going down and sometimes i forget to do it. I still use my inhalator but usually without a cartridge. have saved a few bob and have just treated myself to new pillows which i am trying out right now. keep falling asleep on buses and trains and lectures, just go out like a light. I'm waiting for a surge in energy, feeling quite lethargic a lot of the time and somewhat depressed. its still early days yet and i have faith that in 6 weeks i will be like a spring bunny. looking forward to xmas and spending time with my family , We managed to get Mum to quit which is a miracle really, it wont cure the COPD but im sure it helps.

There's going to be a big, fat suite in the Penthouse for you, just you mark my words...and by then (in fact, long before then) you'll be positively sparkling with energy (not to mention lovely, shiny-clean lungs). Well done mate, and well done to your mum too. How wonderful that she has been inspired by you to quit too!
Good work Mash, so pleased to hear it's going well, I still feel lethargic at times so I understand completely what you mean, 3 months is hopefully a turning point when things will change, keep it up xx
