approaching day three

proud im here hello all!

keeping positive but having to really dig deep today.

cravings are hellish, infact I think today will be a really (insert sweary word here) kinda day. BUT im ok, its what I expected, my determination to get through this week, infact the next hour is intact.

I WILL go to bed tonight smoke free with another day under my belt
